INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

YOUTH GROUPS

Designed to teach children age-appropriate interaction skills with their peers while fostering and maintaining self confidence that will translate to real-world experiences and relationships.

TEEN GROUPS

Highly interactive group sessions that serve to provide teens with an opportunity to discuss a variety of topics, such a family relationships, friendships, peer pressure, suicide, bullying, self-esteem, future goals, dating, and sexuality. 

ADULT GROUPS

Individuals are encouraged to share their experiences and learn from one another. A variety of targeted group sessions are offered throughout the year on topics such as substance abuse, self-discovery, building trust, adjustment to living alone, and more...​​
